Creating Art Journal Pages

I STILL MATTER’S MISSION IS TO FOSTER MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALING THROUGH ART AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION.

Art journaling is fun and it’s something anyone can do! Journaling is a great coping skill and puts us in place where we can slow down our breathing and become more present. These photos are from our most recent group held at Riverpoint Behavioral every third Tuesday of the month from 6-8. Groups are free and are for women ages 13 and up!

Here’s a list of the supplies we used: watercolor paint, watercolor paper, rubber stamps, stamp ink pads, paint brushes, and markers. We hope our photos inspire you to slow down and create! Show us your creations on Instagram by tagging @Istillmatter
